We are now looking to connect with committed Maths Teachers seeking a permanent position within a supportive secondary school.
The role
As a Permanent Secondary Maths Teacher, you will teach Mathematics across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging lessons that build confidence, numeracy and problem-solving skills.
You will take responsibility for:
Planning and delivering curriculum-aligned Maths lessons
Preparing students for GCSE Mathematics
Assessing progress and providing constructive feedback
Supporting students of varying ability levels
Maintaining strong classroom routines and behaviour expectations
Contributing to the Maths department and wider school community
What you need
It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have:
QTS or QTLS
A degree or strong background in Mathematics
Experience teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Other DESIRABLE skills include:
Experience delivering GCSE Maths
Familiarity with AQA, Edexcel or OCR exam boards
Ability to support intervention, catch-up or higher-attaining groups
