Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Delivering engaging, multi sensory lessons tailored to individual learning needs
- Creating practical, creative learning experiences that help students thrive
- Supporting pupils to develop important everyday life skills and independence
- Using ICT and assistive technology to boost communication and engagement
- Building positive, trusting relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
- Adapting your teaching style throughout the day to meet sensory and emotional needs
- Working closely with a supportive team who genuinely care about each other and the pupils they support
- Encouraging progress in learning, behaviour, confidence, and communication, however big or small the steps may be
- QTS or QTLS
- Experience working within a primary or SEND setting
- Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
- A calm, flexible, and caring approach
- Someone who believes every child deserves the chance to shine; ECTs are very welcome to apply.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
