Primary School Nursery Teacher - Walsall
Are you a qualified and experienced teacher looking for a new challenge in the new year? Do you have a passion for teaching pupils in Nursery? We are seeking dedicated and skilled Class Teachers to join Aspire People to work in a school in Walsall, working in their Nursery from September 2026 until July 2027
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students in Nursery.
Follow the existing curriculum and schemes of work, ensuring continuity and progression in learning.
Collaborate with the Early Years teaching team to plan engaging and inclusive lessons.
Assess student progress, provide feedback, and record observations in line with school policies.
Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that supports the development of each child.
Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a supportive learning community.
Uphold the school's values and maintain a safe and respectful classroom environment.
Contribute to the wider school community through participation in meetings, events, and professional development activities.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/ECT.)
Experience teaching in EYFS (Nursery Preferably)
A solid understanding of the curriculum and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire young learners.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
The ability to plan and deliver creative and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of the students.
Effective assessment and record-keeping skills to track student progress.
