What You'll Bring
- Experience with Children: Proven experience working with or caring for children of a relevant age, with a preference for those who have supported individuals with SEND.
- Core Academic Skills: Strong mathematical and English communication skills to confidently support learning delivery and feedback.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to make effective use of basic ICT packages to support classroom learning activities.
- Professional Mindset: A collaborative approach to teamwork, an understanding of classroom boundaries, and the capacity to evaluate your own learning needs.
