Teacher of Science - ECT

We are looking for an enthusiastic, supportive teacher of Science to join our team as an Early Career Teacher (ECT). The successful candidate will work closely with experienced mentors and colleagues to deliver engaging lessons that inspire students to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons that inspire a love of reading, writing, and communication
- Assess, monitor, and support student progress, providing timely feedback to drive achievement
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners
- Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives
- Participate fully in ECT training, mentoring, and wider school activities
Pay Range
M1 £32,916
Qualifications and Skills
- Qualified teacher status or recognised equivalent
- Degree in subject specialism
- Ability to teach 'good or outstanding' lessons
- Effective classroom management
