The Role
As a Personal Development Manager (Assessor), you will support learners working towards Health & Social Care qualifications (Levels 2–5), guiding them from enrolment through to End Point Assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging coaching, teaching and assessment sessions
- Conduct workplace observations and learner reviews
- Support timely completion of qualifications and End Point Assessment (EPA)
- Provide functional skills support (Maths & English)
- Maintain learner engagement and progression

Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with adults or elderly in Health & Social Care (Senior level or above)
- Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or above)
- UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Strong communication, organisation and IT skills
Desirable (not essential):
- Assessor qualification (CAVA, TAQA, A1)
- Experience in training or apprenticeships
