The Role
As an Apprenticeship Internal Quality Assurer, you will ensure the quality of teaching, learning, and assessment across Health & Social Care programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality assure assessment practice in line with awarding body standardsObserve and support Assessors (Personal Development Managers)Drive improvement through feedback and Quality Development PlansComplete quality checks to ensure learner progression and timely completionSupport standardisation activities across the team

Requirements:
Relevant IQA qualificationLevel 5 Health & Social Care (or equivalent preferred)Minimum 2 years experience with adults or elderly in Health & Social Care (Senior level or above)Strong organisational, communication and IT skillsFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
