We are seeking an Apprentice or Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing education recruitment team, supporting schools and educational settings across Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual looking to develop a successful career in recruitment while gaining valuable qualifications and hands-on experience.
This role is particularly suited to school leavers, college leavers, recent graduates and individuals at the beginning of their professional career who are eager to learn, develop new skills, and progress within a fast-paced sales environment.
About the RoleAs an Apprentice/ Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will receive full training and support while learning all aspects of the recruitment process, including:
- Building relationships with schools and educational settings
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Advertising vacancies and managing applications
- Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
- Conducting compliance and safeguarding checks
- Managing candidate bookings and placements
- Developing new business opportunities
- Supporting schools with their staffing requirements
What We're Looking For- Minimum age of 18 years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Full UK driving licence preferred
