We are seeking a dedicated and creative Reception Teacher to join a welcoming primary school from January 2026. You will take on full classroom teacher responsibilities, delivering high-quality teaching and learning in line with EYFS expectations.

Role Responsibilities
Plan, deliver and assess inspiring lessons aligned with the EYFS framework
Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
Track pupil progress through observations, assessment and accurate record-keeping
Build supportive relationships with pupils and parents to promote wellbeing and development
Work collaboratively with the wider Early Years team to ensure consistency
Take part in school duties, meetings and ongoing professional development
About You
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Essential
Strong knowledge of EYFS pedagogy and child development
Confident delivering full teacher responsibilities including planning, marking and assessment
A nurturing and proactive approach, with strong behaviour management skills
Able to inspire young learners through creative, play-based learning
