Role
This is a full-time on-site role.
The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting training sessions, managing the training centre, and overseeing the development of training programs.
Responsibilities
Key tasks will include delivering teaching and training to staff, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales to promote the training services.
The manager will ensure that all training materials and programs are up-to-date and align with company and AO standards.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven experience in Training and Teaching telecoms and civils (NRSWA, Smart Awards and PIA)
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
Ability to self-manage and motivate
Relevant certifications or qualifications in training or education are a must
Experience in the communications industry
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
