Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced CPCS / NPORS Trainers to join our team in Thurrock, delivering training across multiple categories.

Deliver engaging and compliant CPCS and/or NPORS training coursesConduct practical and theory-based training sessionsSupport learners through training and assessment processesEnsure all training is delivered to awarding body standardsMaintain training equipment and ensure safe working practicesComplete course paperwork and documentation accuratelyProvide a professional and positive learner experienceRequirements
Valid CPCS and/or NPORS Instructor qualificationsStrong industry experience across relevant plant categoriesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to engage learners of varying experience levelsFull UK driving licence preferredAssessor qualifications advantageous but not essentialWhat We Offer
