They deliver a wide range of on‑site plant training courses throughout the Berkshire and Oxfordshire regions.In this role, you will deliver both practical and theory‑based training sessions on a variety of plant machinery, alongside carrying out CPCS assessments to industry standards. You will travel to customer sites and act as a key technical expert for the business.This role would suit an experienced plant operator with NPORS or CPCS qualifications and some mentoring, coaching, or teaching experience, who is looking to progress into a highly autonomous trainer position.The Role Deliver practical and classroom‑based plant operations trainingTrain and operate machinery including excavators, dumpers, rollers and other plant equipmentCarry out CPCS assessments in line with industry standardsSupport the ongoing development and improvement of training coursesThe Person Level 3 qualification in Plant Operations (or equivalent)CPCS and/or NPORS licencesRecent hands‑on plant operations experienceTeaching or training experience, or willingness to develop into a trainerLevel 3 teaching qualification (or willingness to achieve within 12 months)Full UK Driving LicenceThe salary advertised is the bracket available for this position.
