Role: Nursery Practitioner (Lunch Cover)
Location: Garsington Road Day Nursery, Cowley, Oxford OX4 2DQ
Contract: Permanent, 20 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Working pattern: Monday Friday 09 30
Salary: £12.87 £16.22 per hour

Requirements
- You have some experience caring for babies and children five and under, ideally in an early years environment
- Holding a DfE approved early years qualification at Level2 or above is advantageous though not essential
- You are passionate about inspiring children and have knowledge of child development, ideally EYFS, to implement engaging activities planned by the Key Person and contribute to observations for children's learning journeys
- You are an advocate for safeguarding, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and happy, and their well being is promoted
- You are collaborative, enjoy working in partnership with others, can effectively communicate, and build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
