Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year
Requirements:- We need prior IT training experience, ideally within the legal sector.
- We need strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
- We need an excellent understanding of IT systems, software, and tools used in law firms.
- We need knowledge of complex systems and multiple software applications.
- We need strong technical communication skills and a passion for learning and development.
- Training certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities:- We deliver our IT training strategy and materials across multiple formats.
- We deliver onboarding and refresher training for our users.
- We create engaging learning materials to support training delivery.
- We assess training effectiveness and gather feedback.
- We support users post-implementation during system changes.
- We administer and track training activities.
- We work closely with our Change, L&D, and Project teams to deliver both BAU and project-specific training.
