You’ll develop new business opportunities, building relationships with corporate stakeholders, and helping organisations transform their workforce capabilities through Data & AI learning solutions.
This role is ideal for someone with early B2B sales experience who is eager to progress into enterprise-level consultative selling.
The Role:
Support the growth of enterprise and corporate accounts across the UK
Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound activity, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up
Build relationships with stakeholders across HR, L&D, Digital Transformation, and Technology teams
Assist in managing sales opportunities throughout the full sales cycle
Support senior team members with proposals, meetings, presentations, and account development
Learn and develop consultative sales skills within the Data & AI and workforce transformation space
Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and forecasting information
Collaborate with internal marketing and delivery teams to support client solutions
Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings where required
Stay informed on developments within AI, data skills, apprenticeships, and digital transformation
What We’re Looking For Essential Experience
Previous experience within a B2B sales, business development, recruitment, account management, or customer-facing commercial role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confident speaking with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Highly motivated with a proactive and resilient mindset
Strong organisational and time management skills
Commercially aware and target-driven
Interest in technology, Data & AI, learning, or workforce transformation
Salary up to £65,000 basic+ comms & additional benefits
