About the Role
You'll be delivering engaging and accessible Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and possibly Key Stage 5). The focus is on sparking curiosity, building confidence, and helping students understand the world around them in a way that works for them. No two days will look exactly the same - so being flexible, creative, and able to adapt your teaching style is key. You'll be working with students who benefit from a more personalized and supportive approach, so patience and a genuine passion for helping young people thrive is essential.

About You
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Science at secondary level
- Strong subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry and/or Physics
- GCSEs and A-Levels in Science (or equivalent)
- Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- A calm, patient, and adaptable teaching style
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
Bonus points if you have
- A specialism in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics
- Experience in specialist or alternative provision settings
- Knowledge of differentiated and personalized learning strategies
- Understanding of trauma-informed or therapeutic approaches
