Role Description This is self emplyed, on-site Personal Trainer role based at Snap Fitness in Crewe. The Personal Trainer will provide one-to-one and small group fitness instruction, including assessments, personalized workout programs, and ongoing coaching to support members in achieving their goals. Daily responsibilities include delivering engaging training sessions on the gym floor, demonstrating proper exercise techniques, monitoring member safety, and maintaining a clean, welcoming training environment. The role also involves offering basic guidance on healthy habits, supporting member onboarding, promoting club services, and contributing to member retention through exceptional service. The Personal Trainer will collaborate with club staff to support events, challenges, and community-building activities within the club.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction, with the ability to design safe, effective, and engaging workout programs for diverse fitness levels.Experience in Circuit Training and Sports Coaching to deliver varied, motivating sessions for individuals and groups.Working knowledge of basic Nutrition principles to provide general guidance that supports members’ training goals.Recognized fitness qualification (e.g., Level 3 Personal Trainer or equivalent) and valid, up-to-date professional certifications.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a member-focused, inclusive, and motivating coaching style.Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, and to thrive in a fast-paced gym environment.Current first aid/CPR certification and experience working in a commercial gym or fitness setting are highly beneficial.
