In this hands‑on role you’ll be the face of L&D across our UK offices, spending much of your time out in the business delivering engaging in‑person training and supporting our existing programmes. You’ll work with colleagues at all levels to roll out inductions, mandatory training, soft skills and leadership development, ensuring our people have the knowledge and confidence they need to perform at their best.
