With over 350 students studying A level Law, you will join a large and experienced team of subject specialists. Teaching this subject continues to grow in popularity, and we have been recognised as an ALPs Centre of Excellence for the past five years. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and ambitious A Level Law teaching, placing learners at the centre of everything you do and supporting them to achieve outstanding progress and aspirational goals.
- Act as a personal tutor, providing pastoral support and guidance to students throughout their college journey.
- Support the teaching of new or existing courses, as required.
- Participate in departmental meetings, professional development and subject collaboration.
Key Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of A Level Law and ability to deliver high quality teaching.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Can do attitude and passion for working with young people.
- Experience teaching or working with students at the A Level or equivalent progress level is desirable.
- Teaching qualification not required - we support you to become a qualified teacher if you are an ECT.
Contract & Working Hours
This role is available as a significant fraction or up to full time.
