Key Tasks and responsibilities:
Drive performance to meet all KPIs linked to the Scania Apprenticeship training delivery
Create and maintain strong relationships with Scania stakeholders
Ensure compliance with Inspiro and Scania operational procedures/standards
Present and respond to data and management information to meet client expectations
Manage delivery and facilitate innovative, effective training solutions to support continuous improvement
Ensure Health & Safety policies and procedures are followed at all times
Additional Tasks and responsibilities:
Drive delivery standards and continuous improvement across all training teams.

Support reporting requirements for both Inspiro and JLR.

Compliance with H&S requirements.
Efficient use of resources and upskilling of training personnel.

Qualifications/Experience:
L&D qualifications
Experience in training delivery and people management
Background in Heavy Vehicle training delivery
Understanding of OFSTED requirements
