Protocol Education is recruiting a full-time HLTA to support SEND pupils and deliver interventions across a Gateshead primary school.
About the role: You'll work closely with the SENDCo and teaching staff to deliver tailored support and interventions.
What your role will involve: - Leading small group and 1:1 interventions for SEND pupils
- Delivering structured learning sessions
- Supporting pupils with additional needs in the classroom
- Adapting resources and strategies to meet individual needs
- Monitoring and reporting on progress
What we're looking for: - HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of SEND
- Ability to adapt teaching approaches
- Patient, calm, and supportive approach

Working hours: - Monday to Friday

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
