Salary: £22,160.62 per annum (not pro rata)
Hours: 37.5 per week Monday to Friday (Monday: 4:30pm for CPD; Tuesday-Friday: 8:30am-4pm)
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only, Start: June 2026

About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll support teachers in delivering creative, tailored teaching to meet the diverse educational needs of pupils. You'll help maximise each pupil's achievement and development in a supportive, inclusive environment.
What You'll Do
- Support individual pupils and small groups, helping them engage and learn effectively
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
- Prepare classrooms and learning materials
- Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils to promote interaction and progress
Requirements
- Educated to GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Calm, engaging, resilient, and a strong team player
- Motivated by helping pupils reach their full potential
