Work
As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you'll do at work
- Set up activities to welcome the children, that are fun, and in line with planning
- Risk assess play room and garden, to make sure safe for children to arrive
- Meet and greet parents/children, being welcoming and friendly
- Follow policies and procedures at all time, promoting positive behaviour, in line with our policy
- Engage in activities with the children, expanding on their existing knowledge
- Work as part of a small, close knit team, to complete daily tasks, such as circle time, snack and lunch
- Maintain a safe environment at all times
