Your Role as a Teaching Assistant
- Support pupils in the classroom, one-to-one or in small groups
- Assist with interventions and create a positive learning environment
- Work across EYFS, KS1, KS2, and with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
What Makes a Great Teaching Assistant
- Experience working with children (including ALN)
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic personality
- Transferable skills welcome
