What you’ll do

Shape and deliver the UK early careers branding and attraction strategy, with exposure to EMEA/global initiatives
Lead employer brand campaigns, social media, and campus engagement to drive high-quality applications
Manage agency partnerships, budgets, and campaign performance
Build relationships with target universities, societies, and diversity partners
Deliver standout candidate engagement (“keep warm”) strategies
Use data and insights to optimise attraction performance and ROI
Line manage and develop a small team

What we’re looking for

Strong experience in early careers recruitment, employer branding, or campus marketing
Proven stakeholder and agency management skills
Deep understanding of the UK university landscape
Data-driven mindset with excellent project management and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
