The Hippodrome Casino is recruiting an experienced Online Studio Training Manager to lead the development and delivery of training within our new live online studio operation.
This is a key role responsible for ensuring all Online Presenters and operational staff are trained to the highest standards across gaming procedures, presentation, compliance and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver structured training programmes
- Manage onboarding and competency assessments
- Develop presentation and customer interaction standards
- Support operational performance through coaching and development
- Create and maintain SOPs and training materials
- Work closely with studio management and operational departments
Who We're Looking For
Applicants should have significant experience within casino training, live gaming operations or live studio environments, together with strong leadership and communication skills.
Shifts
Shift work, including evenings and weekends, will be required.
