As a Cover Supervisor, your working day will involve:
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons and activities to learners
- Supporting students in maintaining engagement and focus throughout the school day
- Adapting your approach to meet individual learning styles and needs, including those with autism, complex learning difficulties, and SEMH (social, emotional and mental health) needs
- Promoting positive behaviour and creating a calm, supportive classroom environmentBuilding positive, trusting relationships with students, families, and staff teams
