About the role
As a Teaching Assistant at The Arbours Academy you will inspire and guide students in their educational journey. You will support children with special or particular needs in line with their statements, work individually with pupils or in groups as directed by the teacher, and promote child development and learning within an inclusive classroom environment.
You will collaborate with colleagues, parents and external professionals, contributing to the development of the school community and upholding our commitment to excellence in education.
The training provider for this apprenticeship is Northampton College.
Schedule: 1 day a week at College and 4 days at The Arbours Primary Academy (30 hours per week, 9am - 3.30pm).
