Salesforce Training & Enablement Consultant

A leading consultancy is seeking a Salesforce Training Consultant to support large-scale transformation programmes.
This role will focus on driving user adoption, stakeholder engagement, and training delivery across Salesforce implementations, helping organisations maximise value from their technology investment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver change and training strategies for complex Salesforce transformation programmes Conduct stakeholder analysis, discovery workshops, and persona mapping activities Design and deliver engaging Salesforce training materials, including role-based “day-in-the-life” learning content Facilitate Train-the-Trainer and end-user training sessions Partner with senior stakeholders to support change leadership and adoption initiatives Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve delivery through feedback and insights
Experience Required
5+ years’ experience in customer-facing change, training, or enablement roles Strong experience supporting Salesforce implementations or digital transformation programmes Knowledge of change management methodologies and design Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Willingness to travel and work onsite when required
