Our Stoke Primary team are actively recruiting Primary Teaching Assistants across Stafford, Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas to support a growing number of local schools.
We're looking for:
- Level 2 / Level 3 Teaching Assistants
- Experienced classroom Teaching Assistants
- SEN Teaching Assistants
- 1:1 support staff
- Learning Support Assistants
- Experienced unqualified Teaching Assistants with relevant school experience
The Role
Opportunities available across:
- EYFS
- KS1
- KS2
- General classroom support
- 1:1 SEN support
- Small group interventions
Flexible opportunities include:

The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience supporting children in a school or educational setting
- Hold a Level 2/3 TA qualification (preferred but not essential for experienced candidates)
- Have a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Build strong relationships quickly with pupils and staff
- Have strong communication skills
- Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one)
- Be able to secure recent professional references
Salary is dependent on experience, training, qualifications, and the nature of the role.
