SEN Class Teacher (Main Scale /SEN 1 Allowance)
Full Time Start Date: September 2026
We are recruiting an SEN Class Teacher for a September start in a primary style setting across KS1 and KS2. The role supports pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, providing educational support and care both during school hours and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Teach small classes across KS1 & KS2.
- Plan lessons that differentiate for individual needs and learning capability.
- Prioritise wellbeing, social and emotional health in the classroom.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to create a holistic learning environment where every child matters.
- Enable progress, recognise and reward improvement, however small.
