We're working with welcoming and supportive secondary schools across Wolverhampton looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join them ASAP on a long-term, full-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and wants to make a genuine difference in the classroom. Whether you've worked in schools before or have transferable experience from youth work, coaching, mentoring, care, or support roles, we'd love to hear from you.

The role:
- Full-time, long-term Teaching Assistant positions in secondary schools across Wolverhampton
- ASAP starts available
- Supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Working alongside teachers to support learning and classroom engagement
- Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions
- Supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH, or additional learning needs
- Helping to create positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environments
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with children or young people
- Is calm, approachable, and adaptable
- Can build strong relationships with students and staff
- Is proactive and willing to get involved in school life
- Has a genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed
- Works well as part of a team and communicates confidently

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
