We are seeking to employ two full time Early Career Teachers (M1) to join our team from 1st September 2026. The positions will be full time 32.5 hours per week over 5 days.
We are an Ofsted rated "Good" junior school with 3 form entry year groups, 360 pupils, situated near to Walsall town centre. We are an inclusive and friendly school, with a strong community based ethos. We are also part of the Cadmus Family of schools.
The successful candidates will be:
- Registered with an appropriate body as an ECT and eligible for courses and training
- Mentored by a qualified mentor and induction tutor
- Offered ECT release time in line with current guidelines
- Offered additional training through Cadmus family of schools
- Training on evidence based teaching strategies
