Education Supply Pool is a PAYE Employer recruiting Teaching Assistants to support everyday, short term and long term positions on behalf of schools in Blackwood and the surrounding areas. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of NVQ Level 2, CACHE Level 2, BTEC, BA (Hons) Education, or relevant experience within an education setting.
Teaching Assistants are a crucial part of the education workforce in Wales. The role is vital to supporting and motivating children in Wales.

Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2, CACHE Level 2, BTEC, BA (Hons) Education, or relevant experience within an education setting.
- Minimum of 3 months' experience inside a UK primary or secondary classroom or teaching assistant environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing lessons across all areas of the school curriculum, considering varied levels of student abilities.
- Follow instructions and maintain a positive attitude.
- Provide activities that simulate learning while ensuring hygiene and safety rules.
- Maintain a supportive and clean classroom environment.
- Be attentive to the unique needs of each student and identify appropriate solutions when children encounter issues.
- Demonstrate great communication skills to collaborate with teachers and families when required.
