Delivering inspirational teaching and access to learning across a range of programmes;
Liaise closely with the Engineering team and colleagues to ensure the day to day practical and theoretical activities are co-ordinated appropriately for learners
Prepare and select learning materials to ensure an appropriate range of delivery methods to support learning.
Contribute to the planning and review of learning programmes and the curriculum, including the development of key resources.
Review and inform learning / assessment plans and targets for learners as required.
What we are looking for in our ideal Engineering Trainer Facilitator
Relevant training and qualifications in Electrical Engineering to at least level 3.
Relevant industrial experience and other relevant related professional qualifications.
Evidence of continued professional and personal development.
If not already held, to attain a teaching qualification within the college's specified timescale.
Maths and English at level 2 or equivalent (grade C/4 GCSE).
