LAE Tottenham opened in September 2017 and currently has more than 800 students on roll. Responsibilities
- Lead the Philosophy and Religion department to maintain and improve high attainment outcomes.
- Inspire and support students, ensuring they achieve outstanding results.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on curriculum development and departmental strategy.
- Organise and monitor external visits and enrichment programmes.
- Provide mentorship and professional development for teaching staff.
Qualifications
- Exceptional subject knowledge in Philosophy and Religion.
- Experience as a teacher and proven middle leadership experience.
- Strong communication and student engagement skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of children.
Salary & Benefits
Pay is in the range £39,447 - £62,500 FTE, dependent on experience, using the LAE Tottenham pay scale. An additional £2,500 per annum Lead Teacher allowance is provided.
Full time or part time (0.6 or more basis) positions are offered on a permanent basis.
