Primary Teacher - part time
Location: Liverpool
Contract: Part-Time or Full-Time (flexible for the right candidate)
Are you a compassionate and experienced Primary Teacher with a passion for supporting children with complex needs? Our small, specialist setting in the L15 area is seeking a dedicated educator to lead learning in very small classes, primarily across EYFS and KS1, with a high level of SEND.
About the Role:
- Teach and nurture pupils with high levels of SEND, including autism, sensory processing needs, and developmental delays
- Deliver creative, play-based learning tailored to individual needs
- Work closely with a skilled team of support staff and therapists
- Foster emotional regulation, communication, and independence in a safe, structured environment
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Primary Teacher (QTS or equivalent)
- Proven experience working with complex SEND, especially in EYFS and KS1
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and inclusive teaching strategies
- Calm, patient, and resilient approach to behaviour and emotional needs
- Ability to work collaboratively and adaptively within a small team
