Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and assess dynamic learning sessions tailored to adult learners, ensuring inclusive practice and differentiation.
- Develop comprehensive schemes of work and session plans aligned with curriculum requirements, awarding body standards, and local authority priorities.
- Assess and track learner progress through initial, formative, and summative assessments, maintaining accurate records.
- Provide information, advice, and guidance, supporting learner progression into employment, further learning, or volunteering.
- Monitor attendance, retention, and achievement, implementing proactive strategies to enhance learner outcomes and meet service targets.
- Contribute to quality assurance processes, including lesson observations, self-assessment reports, and Ofsted inspection preparation.
