We're currently looking for Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work across schools in Coalville, supporting pupils who need extra help to succeed in the classroom.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll be working closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, helping them stay engaged, build confidence, and make progress throughout the school day.
What you'll be doing - Supporting pupils with a range of additional learning needs
- Encouraging focus, participation, and positive behaviour
- Providing reassurance, structure, and consistency
- Working alongside teachers to create an inclusive classroom environment
- Helping pupils develop confidence both academically and socially
What we're looking for To be considered, you should have at least 6 months' experience working with children with SEN, in education, or within a similar support based role such as:
- Teaching Assistant
- SEN Support Worker
- Care / Support Worker
- Youth Worker
- Nursery Practitioner
- Residential Support Worker

Pay: £92.63 - £100.00 per day (depending on experience)
You'll be working through a SEND specialist education recruitment agency, supporting local schools with high quality staff.
