The Role
- Supporting pupils with a range of SEND including ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties
- Assisting with inclusive teaching and differentiated learning
- Supporting small group work and targeted interventions
- Helping pupils develop social, emotional, and communication skills
- Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
