Job Summary
Vision for Education are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant in the Dudley area with prior experience supporting pupils of a primary age with Special Educational Needs. The role starts from May half-term and continues into the next academic year.
Role Details
- Working both one-to-one and in small groups with students with Special educational needs, outside of the classroom.
- Following EHCPs and school guidelines.
- Starting from May 2026 as a full-time member of staff with the potential to become a permanent member of the school.
- Working between school hours of 08:30-15:30, Monday to Friday ongoing.

The school has received a recent rating of 'Good' by Ofsted, and offers a warm welcome to all supply staff.
Requirements
- Have had prior experience working effectively with a student with additional needs.
- Have a keen passion for building a strong working relationship with pupils and providing them the best chance of developing.
- Be able to commit to 5 days a week.
- Ideally have a teaching assistant qualification; however with the right experience this is not compulsory.
- Provide references from your most recent and relevant employment.
- Possess or be willing to obtain an up-to-date DBS check registered with the update service.
