Teacher in Business (Maternity Cover)
We are looking for a Teacher in Business - Full time maternity cover.

Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for planning, delivering and developing teaching/learning programmes using a flexible range of strategies and learning styles; taking responsibility for your quality of teaching and related curriculum development that meet learner needs, whilst assessing learners progress in College or on work experience and devise assessment processes against highly personalised progress targets.
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic, resilient and highly motivated with Literacy and Numeracy to at least Level 2, you must have a Level 3 qualification or relevant NVQ (or equivalent).
- Relevant degree or professional qualification at level 4 or above coupled with a Level 4 Teaching Qualification: Certificate in Education / PGCE / Bachelor of Education or required to achieve Level 5 Diploma (DTLLS) or equivalent within 3 years of appointment.

Employment at Tameside College is subject to an Enhanced DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) Check via the Disclosure and Barring Service and any post in regulated activity will also be subject to an additional barred list check. Tameside College will meet the costs associated with this.
