EYFS Teaching Assistant - Immediate Start
We are currently seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to support early years pupils in a vibrant and engaging learning environment.
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting children's development across the Early Years Foundation Stage, helping to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom. The successful EYFS Teaching Assistant will work closely with the class teacher to deliver high-quality support tailored to individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging EYFS lessons
- Assist with phonics, early literacy, and numeracy activities
- Provide one-to-one and small group support as an EYFS Teaching Assistant
- Help create a positive and stimulating learning environment
- Support children's social, emotional, and behavioural development
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience working within Early Years settings
- Be a patient, caring, and proactive EYFS Teaching Assistant
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Be committed to supporting young learners in their early development
