TP Tutors is seeking passionate SEN Tutors in Poole to deliver focused, one-to-one tuition for students who need additional support outside mainstream education.

Role: SEN Tutor

Location: Poole and nearby areas

Hours: Flexible options available (part-time/full-time)

What You'll Be Doing

Provide engaging, structured one-to-one tuition sessions
Work with students with additional needs including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
Build trust and support learners' emotional and academic development
Personalise lesson plans to suit individual learning styles
Deliver sessions within homes or local community settings

Who We're Looking For

Background in supporting young people (education, care, youth work, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Patient, resilient, and adaptable mindset
Willingness to travel within Poole and surrounding areas
Awareness of safeguarding responsibilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
