You will:
- Deliver engaging, pre planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
- Maintain high classroom standards and effective behaviour management
- Quickly establish rapport with pupils and staff
- Adapt your teaching style to suit different school environments
- Ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher
For longer term roles, you may also take on planning and assessment responsibilities, allowing for greater consistency and impact.
