Role Description
This full-time, on-site Apprenticeship Delivery Lead role is based in Surrey. The role involves overseeing the delivery of apprenticeship programs, maintaining compliance with regulations, and collaborating with employers to meet industry needs. The ideal candidate will manage learner progress, lead quality assurance processes, and ensure the highest standards of service delivery. Engagement with stakeholders, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting apprenticeship assessments are key responsibilities of the role.
Qualifications
- Experience in apprenticeship program delivery and knowledge of relevant government funding regulations.
- Strong organizational and planning skills to manage schedules, progress tracking, and program delivery timelines.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with employers and stakeholders.
- Ability to lead quality assurance processes and ensure program compliance with education and industry standards.
- Previous experience in training or education, coaching, and mentoring.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in education, training, or management are advantageous.
