ElliottHudson College areseeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of Careers Advisor. Thisrole is of great importance to our work as a College - the successful applicantwill be expected to provide high-quality careers information, advice andguidance to students, supporting informed decision-making and successfulprogression into education, employment or training.
The ideal applicant will have:
- Level 6 qualification in Careers Guidance andDevelopment (or willingness to work towards)
- First Aid at Work qualification (or willingnessto work towards)
- Strong understanding of post 16 and post 18progression routes and application processes, with a particular focus onapprenticeships and employment.
- Experience of delivering impartial careersadvice and guidance, tailored to individual needs and destinations.
