What We Offer
Salary: up to £40,814 per year plus a £5,500 pro rata Specialist Skills Shortage Bonus

What You’ll Do
Teach and assess learners across Plumbing & Heating programmes, including full-time courses and apprenticeships
Deliver engaging, practical sessions in workshop and classroom environments
Support learners in developing industry-standard skills, knowledge, and safe working practices
Embed current industry practices, regulations, and sustainability principles into teaching
Maintain high standards of health & safety, safeguarding, and professionalism Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement
What You’ll Bring
A Level 3 NVQ in Plumbing
Gas competency
An IQA & Assessors Award or a willingness to work towards one
Industry experience within Plumbing & Heating Engineering
Strong practical skills and up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations
Experience supporting or mentoring others, either in the workplace or education
A teaching qualification is welcomed — but if you don’t have one yet, we’ll support you to achieve it while you work
