You will deliver consistently high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across a range of Animal Management programmes. You'll also support curriculum development, contribute to quality assurance processes, and act as Course Manager for allocated groups—ensuring an exceptional learner experience and high levels of achievement. As we grow our T Level provision, an understanding of Level 3 delivery and contemporary industry practices is desirable.Key responsibilitiesDeliver engaging and high-quality teaching sessions across Animal Management programmes.Assess, support and stretch learners using a range of methods to maximise their potential.Develop innovative curriculum content that meets learner and industry needs.Provide effective Course Management in line with College procedures.Support the implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure excellent teaching and learning outcomes.Build strong links with employers and industry partners to enhance curriculum relevance and reputation.The successful candidate willA minimum Level 4 qualification relevant to Animal Management.Level 2 English & Maths or equivalent.A recognised teaching qualification or experience teaching in Further Education.Relevant industry experience within the animal sector.Demonstrable experience delivering inspirational educational activity.We can offer you35 days annual leave plus bank holidays.Two‑week festive/New Year shut‑down.Generous pension scheme with an employer contribution of 28.68 %.Enhanced sick pay of up to 6 months full pay depending upon service.On‑site gym membership available.Pluxee reward scheme.Free parking.As a College, we actively encourage applications from industry professionals without a teaching qualification, as well as those from qualified teachers.
