About the Role
What you'll be doing: As an HND/HNC Lecturer you will be responsible forperforming a range of tutoring, lecturing, academic administration, and other related activities to deliver a high-quality educational experience to our students. As a Lecturer you are expected to engage students in the learning process to deliver the best possible student outcomes. You will also be required to contribute to the development of a range of modules across the curriculum and to support the quality assurance processes pertinent to the programme(s) on which you are teaching.
ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Responsibilities
- All aspects of planning, delivering, and assessing student work, ensuring that all learning outcomes are met
- Developing, updating, and improving course materials as appropriate
- Using a variety of learning and teaching methods/materials
Essential Skills and Experience
- You will hold a master’s degree in a relevant subject area (Teaching qualifications: PGCHE, MA in HE Practice or FHEA etc. desirable)
- You will have previous UK HE lectures experience in the wider subject area
- You will be able to demonstrate extensive subject matter expertise following areas: Business Strategy, Global Business environment, Management of human Resources and Accounting Principles.
